Hoop-petticoat Daffodil

A yellow-flowered Iberian endemic that grows in the Berlengas and scattered across mainland Portugal, in damp meadows, watercourse margins, heaths and forest clearings. It flowers from December to June, and is threatened locally by the spread of the invasive hottentot fig.
